Im a fan of match-3 style games, and am really enjoying this one. The mechanics are fresh, the story funny, and easy enough to pickup and play while waiting for the bus. I keep coming back to it. Well done!

Fun game that allows you control over the matching by swiping the direction that the items will move. Also the songs are very rewarding, they are hilarious!

Game is all about matching three or more swords to increase your attack rating high enough to win when matching against enemies. Theres other junk on the board, but its virtually worthless (unlike games like Puzzle Quest where every resource MATTERS). Damage is very difficult to heal and easily leads to permadeath (which you can avoid by paying real dollars). Youre encouraged to customize your avatar but then have to swap to new ugly clothes (in a bad inventory interface) for marginal stat bonuses. Special powers that break up the sword-matching monotony require literally more than a hundred matches to recharge (so as to not detract excessively from the monotony, presumably).

The best match 3 game since 10000000 due to the rpg and combat spin. Great production and addictively fun. One thing tho.. Why isnt multitasking supported for a brand new modern iOS app? You cant switch out of the game without making it load from scratch. Annoying. iCloud works well for me, thanks for helpful prompting in sync conflicts. Bravo.

This a great match 3 game but the app wont let me buy the coin doubler IAP which would really help because each time your pirate dies you have to start from level 1.Ive been to level 14 then had to start again,very frustrating.Fix the IAP please.

I did not expect a game like that.its very addictive and lot of fun. Great 3 match game.

It has an Game stoping bug for me. Everytime i want to Play for a Shanty Verse the game crashes on my iPhone 5s. Without this bug i would give 5 Stars.

The game has a cool thing where the gems fall in whatever way you just swiped, instead of just falling straight down. Love the music and writing. Its kinda cheap how hard it is to regain health, and seems like its intentionally hard so that you die and either spend gold to resurrect or spend $ to resurrect if you dont have enough gold. Still, if you play smart, you can get a lot of enjoyment out of the game without having to spend a cent.

Cool game, but please fix the synchronization of my hardly earned gamecenter achievements while offline. I always play while in the subway and I cant have these achivements show up in gamecenter, even if I go back in the game when I am online...!

Never before have I enjoy such a fun party game about pirates

Great fun game, plan on playing for hours! Only thing I would like to see is either my pirate clothing choices saved when I start a new game or an easier way to find the clothes I want. Recommended match three game with an interesting story! :)

You should be able to win hearts on a wheel spin. Constantly having to start over again because youre dying is not very fun at all

They really do a lot to bring fresh ideas and new gameplay into the mechanic. Also a lot of effort and creativity went into the story. Having said that, its still match 3. If youre bored from this genre, is probably wont inspire, but if you wanted a new version, this is the place to go.

Great and completely addictive. The only thing, the ingame music loop are way too short and this get annoying after a while.

I was really enjoying this game when I lost my last heart (in a battle that only happened because of a mis-swipe). I didnt have the gold to resurrect, but I thought it was no big deal, just that my pirate and all my clothing items would die. Well, what the game doesnt tell you is that when you die, you have to start the game all over again (you do get to keep your skills, but still). I was on level 16 and spent countless hours playing this to get where I was. Theres no way Im going through all of it again.
