The engaging humor and the consistent sense of difficult-but-surmountable challenge kept me playing this one all the way to the "end" of the game, for many days; most match-3 games dont even last the night. Enjoyable and a little compelling. One star knocked off for its teetering on the edge of dismaying tedium about three quarters of the way through and for mysteriously-missing quest items (You can play through the entire game and find only one solitary map that has mushrooms on it, for instance) but all in all a very enjoyable playthrough.
